企业科技成果是一种智力劳动成果，是指通过科研在某一学科或技术领域所取得的进展和成就。21世纪，知识产权将以前所未有的地位在社会发展中担任重要的角色。随着知识产权制度在国家经济、社会发展和技术进步中战略地位的进一步提升，企业科技成果知识产权保护已经成为企业经营管理的重要组成部分。针对我国企业科技成果知识产权保护方面所存在的问题，在借鉴发达国家在企业科技成果知识产权保护方面的经验基础上提出了我国企业科技成果知识产权保护的对策，期望对我国企业有所启示。

Corporation science and technology production is a kind of intellect production,which is the result of science and technology research in some subject and technical domain. In 21th century, production patent will undertake an important role in the society. As the status of patent system is upgraded in the national economy development and technology advancement, science and technology production patent protection has been the important part of corporation trade management.
