摘要
粮油食品工业是我国的支柱产业之一。加强企业文化建设,提升企业的文化力,是提高粮油企业核心竞争力的关键。我国的粮油企业大多属于中小型企业范畴,处于竞争中的弱势地位,培育先进的企业文化显得尤为重要,塑造和建立超越利润目标之上的企业文化是粮油企业的长胜之举。要妥善处理好粮油企业文化建设与企业日常管理的关系。要加强敬业精神和团队精神教育。为了建设与时俱进的先进粮油企业文化,粮油企业首先应使自己成为学习型组织。
Grain & oil industry is one of the pillar industries of our country. The key for grain & oil enterprises to improve their core competitive power is to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and promote the cultural strength of the enterprises. The bulk of the grain & oil enterprises are small or medium - sized and thus at a disadvantage in competition. Therefore developing advanced enterprise culture is of great significance in that moulding and establishing enterprise culture beyond profit goals is a strategy to ensure the success of the enterprises in the long run. The paper holds that the relationship between enterprise cultural construction and day - to - day management needs careful and skillful handling, the education of team spirit and the spirit of dedicating oneself to one's work should be strengthened and that grain & oil enterprises should first become learning- typed organizations in order to construct advanced and up -to- day enterprise culture.
