食品加工产业集群的调查与思考:以河南省漯河市为例

A SURVEY & THINKING ON FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER:TAKING LUOHE FOR EXAMPLE

产业集群是大量的相关企业按照一定的经济联系集中在特定的地域范围,形成一个类似生物有机体系统的区域产业群落,它是产业组织的地域创新。河南省漯河市以传统优势产业和特色产业为基础的食品加工产业集群近年来有了快速发展,但也存在一些问题限制着其进一步发展壮大,在调查研究的基础上分析了漯河食品加工产业集群发展中存在的主要问题,并结合实际提出了一些改进的对策。

Industrial cluster is a regional industrial community similar to biological organism system, formed according to specific economic ties by many mutually related enterprises and concentrated in a specific geographical area. In recent years the food processing industrial cluster of Luohe has developed rapidly with its tradi- tional dominant industry and specialized industry as a basis, but there are still some problems limiting its fur- ther development. The paper analyzes the major issues existing in the development of Luohe＇s food processing industrial cluster based on investigation and comes up with some countermeasures for improvement in the light of specific conditions.
