在知识经济和信息化社会的背景下,西方主要发达国家非常重视教师教育信息化对教育教学的影响和作用,着力培养教师应用计算机等信息技术的能力,全面提升教师信息素养,推进教师教育信息化。对我国教师的信息素养教育与培训具有重要的借鉴意义。

In the background of knowledge economy and information society, the main western developed countries attach great importance to its role and influence on teaching. Therefore, they take the measures in abundance to train teachers the ability to use computer and other information technology, enhance comprehensively the teachers＇information quality, promote teachers＇educational information. Under this kind of situation, it has important reference to our country teacher＇s education and training of information accomplishment to research deeply the progress of teachers＂ information in developed countries.
