摘要
为了提高汽轮机变工况的运行效率,根据定滑压运行的基本理论,测试高压缸效率并判断阀点;再依据测试主蒸汽参数、高压缸效率对各试验工况整机性能进行拟合计算,得出主汽压力与机组效率的关系,以及最佳运行压力与负荷的关系曲线,即定滑压运行曲线;分析了定滑压运行曲线的局限性,提出了解决局限性的现场动态调整方法。最后将此方法成功应用在某200 MW机组上。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of steam turbime in variable conditions, according to fundamental theory of rated-sliding pressure operation, efficiency of HP cylinder was measured to judge the valve point. Coordinate computation was given using main steam parameters and efficiency of HP cylinder correspondent to different testing conditions to get the relation between main steam pressure and efficiency of unit, as well as the relation curve between optimized operation pressure and load which mean rated-sliding pressure operation curve. Limitation of rated-sliding pressure operation curve was proposed and spot dynamic adjusting method to solve the limitation was also provided. Finally a real sample was offered in which the proposed method was successfully applied to one 200 MW unit.
