国产超临界锅炉一般将分离器出口温度作为中间点温度,直流锅炉启停过程中存在干湿态过程转换,两种运行状态下中间点温度的控制方式不同。介绍了调试和生产过程中不同中间点温度控制的一些经验,对如何优化超临界直流锅炉中间点温度控制进行了探讨。

For supercritical boilers made in China, the temperature of separator outlet is always used as middle point temperature. Transformation between wet state and dry state exists in once-through boiler＇s start and stop process ,and control methods of middle point temperature in these two states are different. Some experience to optimize middle point temperature control during the period of equipment test and operation was put forward.
