摘要
国产干式排渣系统在328.5 MW机组首次使用,运行中出现堵渣、蓬渣、卡跳碎渣机、布袋磨漏等问题,针对经常出现问题对系统进行改进,并制定了有效的预防措施,系统的排渣能力得到提高,设备性能逐步稳定。
The home made dry slag removal system is used for the first time on 328. 5 MW unit, during operation some problems are discovered, such as the slag blocking, the slag covering, the slag breaker blocking and tripping up ,cloth bag leaking ,and improvement is made for this system ,the effective measures are established, which raised the capability of slag removal system, performance of equipments is becoming steady.
