摘要
以面齿轮传动理论为基础,从微分几何、啮合原理出发,研究面齿轮的啮合方法、几何特性。论述了面齿轮齿面方程的建立及其齿面方程的限制条件;同时,讨论了面齿轮在啮合过程中的齿面接触情况。给出了基本公式及相关的计算实例。
The meshing and geometry of the face gear were studied based on the face gear transmission theory, differential geometry and meshing theory. The establishment of tooth surface equations and the constrain conditions of the equations were discussed. The localization of bearing contact was discussed. Some calculation examples were given.
