摘要
汽车制动器台架试验系统是一个电、气、液的强非线性、时变、滞后的复杂系统,恒力矩制动是汽车制动器台架试验的重要内容,但采用传统的单闭环控制无法满足控制要求。本文在建立系统非线性数学模型的基础上,主缸驱动力内环采用常规PI控制器,力矩外环采用模糊PI控制器,实现了制动力矩的快速和高精度伺服控制。Matlab仿真结果表明,该控制方案具有良好的动态性能和稳态精度。
The automobile brake bed-test system is a typical electro-pneumatic-hydraulic, nonlinear, time-varying, lagging system. Constant torque brake is an important content, while it can't satisfy control request with traditional single closed loop control. Based on the nonlinear mathematic model of the system, the fast and high accurate control of braking torque was achieved with an inner actuating force loop by PI controller and an outer torque loop by Fuzzy-PI controller. Simulated result shows that this controller has a well dynamic performance and static precise.
