摘要
利用磁流变液体可控的特性,用一组磁流变阀代替传统液压阀构成一桥式阀控缸液压伺服系统,并采用单神经元控制器(SNC)来实现活塞位移的控制。仿真研究表明,这种液压伺服系统具有强鲁棒性、快速跟踪性和较好的控制精度,其重复定位精度不超过0.5mm。
Using the controllable characteristic of magnetorheological fluid, a set of MR valves were used in place of conventional mechanical servo valves to construct a bridge hydraulic servo system. Single neural controller was used to control the displacement of the piston. The simulation result indicates that the new system has better robustness, quicker tracking ability and better control precision. Its repeat position precision does not exceed O. 5mm.
