摘要
外啮合齿轮泵产生噪声时基本上都伴有振动,而外啮合齿轮泵产生噪声和振动是限制外啮合齿轮泵的进一步发展的主要原因。本文通过对外啮合齿轮泵的进一步探究,找出了外啮合齿轮泵噪声和振动六种原因产生的机理,并进一步有针对性地设计出了降低外啮合齿轮泵噪声和振动现象的特殊结构,不但有效地降低了噪声和振动现象,而且还提高了外啮合齿轮泵的容积效率,为今后设计高质量的低噪声和振动的外啮合齿轮泵提供一条新途径。
Vibration is always generating with noise when external gear rotary pump works, which is the main reason limiting the development of external pumps. By research, the mechanism of six kinds of noise and vibration was analyzed, and special mechanical structure was designed to reduce noise and vibration, which reduces the noise and vibration efficiently and increases pump volume efficiency. A new solution of designing low noise and vibration external gear pumps was put forward.
