注塑机料筒温度先进控制的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对注塑机料筒温度对象多变量、非线性、强耦合、时变等特点,通过机理分析,建立了塑料熔化过程的数学模型结构,采用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘辨识技术在线辨识模型参数。利用该模型,设计了预测函数控制器,通过预测函数控制器与专家控制相结合得到注塑机料筒温度的先进控制系统。应用结果表明,该先进控制系统比模糊控制具有更好的控制效果。 Injection molding process has the characters as multivariable, strong coupling, nonlinear, time-variable, etc. The mathematic model for plastic material melting process was established by mechanism analysis, and the parameters of the model were obtained by using recursive least square identification with forgetting factor online. Predictive functional controller was designed based on this mathematic model. Combined with expert control, the advanced process control system was obtained. The application result shows that the designed temperature control of plastic injection molding machine the advanced process control has good control performance and is much easier to operate than the fuzzy controller.
