摘要 利用Pro/E软件对齿轮进行参数化三维实体造型,并运用Parasolid把其导入ADAMS中,建立齿轮传动系统动力学仿真模型,进行运动分析、动态干涉情况分析以及利用动态指数进行可靠性疲劳分析,验证齿轮三维参数化造型过程及传动系统建模过程的合理性。 By using Pro/E, a parametric three-dimensional modeling of the gear structure was built according to the parameters that were derived from the optimization. The software Parasolid was used to convert the model built by Pro/E into ADAMS format and the dynamic simulation model of gear transmission system was made. Based on the dynamic simulation model, the movement and dynamic behavior of drive were analyzed, according to experimental data, probabilistic reliability was analyzed. The parametric threedimensional modeling of the gear structure and the model process of gear transmission system were justified to be valid.
