河南省结核病防治机构工作环境职业防护情况调查

A survey on vocational protection status of work settings in the anti-tuberculosis institutions of Henan province.

目的了解河南省结核病防治机构工作环境职业防护情况。方法采取问卷调查的方法,对全省18个地市级结核病防治单位、109个县级结核病防治单位的工作环境职业防护情况进行了调查。结果门诊、痰检室、病房能经常保持通风的分别占65.4%、66.9%、43.3%;门诊、痰检室、病房能每天定时紫外线消毒的分别占55.9%、63%、26%;有职业安全防护制度的门诊诊室、痰检室、放射科、病房分别有57.5%、40.9%、59.1%、63.6%。结论河南省结核病防治机构工作环境职业防护问题仍较严重,应引起重视并加以改进。

Objective To learn the vocational protection status of work settings in the anti - tuberculosis （ anti - TB） institutions of Henan province. Methods The information of the vocational protection status of work settings was collected with a uniform questionnaire in all anti- TB institutions including 18 municipal- level and 109 county- level anti -TB institutions in Henan. Results The proportions of work settings in consulting rooms, lab rooms and wards which could be often kept ventilated were 65.4% ,66.9%, 43.3% respectively; the proportions of work settings in consulting rooms, lab rooms and wards which could be often kept time disinfection with ultraviolet were 55.9% ,63% ,26% respectively ; 57.5% consulting rooms, 40.9% lab rooms,59.1% X - ray rooms and 63.6% wards had the rules about vocational protection. Conclusion The vocational protection were weak and should be paid high attention.
