摘要
采用湖北省某地膨润土,经改性制作出皂土,用于造纸作助留助滤剂,取得良好的效果。通过室内用无机盐和其它改性试剂将膨润土改性后,再用气流磨粉碎至-1 500目,使改性出的皂土得到有效活化,产生较大的比表面积和吸附率,Zeta电位达-16.7 mV。研究开发出的改性皂土经中国制浆造纸研究院在Hydrocol系统中,对废报纸脱墨浆滤水助留性能影响的比较试验,发现浆料加入改性皂土后,滤水时间缩短,细小纤维的保留率增高,有效降低了废水浓度,提高了白水回收率。
Bentonite produced in Hubei province is modified and used as microparticle retention aid in papermaking. Modified montmoriUonite provided biggish specific surface area, strong absorptivity and zeta potential is -16:7mV through modification process and grind to -1500 mesh by air mill. The product is tested in Hydrocol system by China institute of papermaking research ,which indicates that it can shorten filter time, promote retention efficiency, reduce consistency of waste water and raise the rate of recovery of white water.
