摘要
原子吸收光谱法是根据基态原子对特征波长光的吸收,测定试样中待测元素含量的分析方法。它可测定70多种金属元素,通常对无机物和矿物资的金属元素含量进行测定分析。本文尝试运用间接原子吸收光谱法测定一些非金属和有机化合物,如维生素B_1,茶叶中氨基酸与茶多酚含量。
The method of determination Vitamin B1 and tea polyphenol indirectly by atomic absorption spectorscopy is proposed and discussed in this paper.
