摘要
简述了各种结构光纤拉曼放大器的性能,充分考虑了实际情况,从同向抽运与反向抽运光纤拉曼放大器的耦合微分方程出发,对两者信号光的功率演变过程进行了推导,并引进设计实例,说明了综合利用同向抽运与反向抽运各自放大信号的特点可以设计长距离和超长距离系统中的双向抽运光纤拉曼放大器,为光纤拉曼放大器的进一步研究提供了参考。
In order to discuss the design of fibre Raman amplifier (FRA) in ultra- long and long haul optical communication systems, at first, the performance of all kinds of FRAs are described. Then, By solving differential coupling equations of forward- pumped and backward- pumped FRAs based on practical factors, signal power distribution along a fibre and signal amplifying characteristics of two pumping FRAs are provided, and bi- directional pumping FRAs in ultra - long haul optical communicafion systems are achieved which results are helpful to further study FRA. Finally an example is presented.
