摘要
公安院校在学生毕业前顶岗实践活动中,由于受各方面条件的制约,存在着没有专用场所、没有相对固定的兼职教师队伍、实习内容不充分、不能专业对口实习等诸多问题。为此要建立起以提高学生能力为主线的实习环节,建立可以量化实习效果的评价机制,真正使实习基地成为实现公安院校培养应用型、创新型人材的摇篮。
Public security universities and colleges is equivalent to post in carrying out the middle using personal influence before the student graduates , waits for a lot of problems since restraint , existence accepting every aspect condition let do not have special use lieu , not relatively fixed part -time faculty team , practice content insufficiency , unable job suited to self's special training practice fit in with speciality. Need to build up for this purpose giving first place to improving the student ability gleam of practiee link, building - up is not bad quantization practice effect valuation mechanism, making the practice base become the type talent who realizes public security universities and colleges training the type applying . is innovative really conscientiously.
