摘要
20世纪初,美国社会学家马克斯·韦伯做出儒家文化是东亚社会发展阻碍的论断。二战以后,东亚的一些国家和地区,经济迅速崛起,纷纷步入现代化国家行列。这一事实有力地驳斥了韦伯的论断。此后,许多学者们把目光集中在儒家文化与东亚现代化的内在联系,做出了或多或少的评价。在东亚各国推进现代化进程的今天,东西文化激烈碰撞,如何对待传统的儒家文化,发挥其独特的价值作用,引发了儒家文化对东亚现代化作用的再评价。
At the beginning of 20 centry, the sociolgist of U. S. A. , Marks Weber puts forward a judgment that the Confucian is an obstacle in the development of East Asia society. After World War Ⅱ, the nations and areas in the East Asia, step into the line of mordern country because of the economy grows up rapidly. This fact refutes the judement of Weber strongly. After that, many scholars concerntrate on the inner relationship between Confucian and modernization in East Asia, make out appraises more or less. Today, in the procession of promoting modernization in every country of East Asia and the culture between East and West collides seriously, how to treat orthodox Confucian and exert its special value, which trigger the re - comment on the effect of Confucian in East Asia modernization.
