摘要
将可靠性设计理论与多目标优化设计方法应用于ZC蜗杆传动设计,考虑约束条件的离散性,建立了ZC蜗杆传动多目标可靠性优化设计的数学模型,通过用优化方法求解,得到了比常规设计更为合理的结构设计方案。给出了具体设计实例,结果表明,该设计方法是一种更具有工程实用价值的综合设计方法。
Application of the reliability theory and multi - object optimization technology in ZC worm drive, this paper considered full the dispersion restrain condition. It set up the math model of multi - object optimal design for the ZC worm drive. Through solve the model of optimization mothods is use,it is demonstrated that the design scheme gained is more satisfactory then the usual methods. The designing example is present,the result shos that optimization of multi - objective is the more practical design method.
