摘要
现代建设工程多数都是规模大、工期长、功能要求复杂、多专业相互交叉的项目。在项目实施过程中不可避免地会遇到施工条件变化等情况,以致引发索赔事件的发生。业主作为项目投资控制主体,应加强工程管理,注重施工索赔的事前控制,尽量减少索赔发生的概率,达到降低建设投资、缩短施工工期的目的。该文通过分析施工索赔产生的原因,提出施工索赔的预防措施及处理办法。
Most of the modern constructional engineering is the construction work of the big scale and the long time limit for a project and the complex need of the function and the many intersectional specialties one another.The construction compensation happens because the change of natural condition is barged up against in process of the construct actualizing.The owner of constructional engineering should strengthen engineering management and beforehand pay attention to the control construction compensation and to the best of one's abilities to reduce the probability of the construction compensation to achieve the purpose to reduce the engineering investment and shorten construction time limit for a project qua the control principal part of the engineering investment.The paper brings forward the measures to guard against construction compensation and the way to deal with construction compensation by analyzing the causation of construction compensation.
