在地方高校校园建设中存在着征地工作缓慢,校舍建设审批手续繁琐,建设资金不足,园区与城市规划不一致等问题,需要政府有关部门高度重视,采取积极措施和切实可行办法,使地方高校能够加快推进校园建设,充分发挥高等教育大众化主力军的作用。

In local university campus development exists some problems which include slow-moving of ground requisition,the tedious procedures for redevelopment of schoolhouse,shortage of development funds and inconformity with city planning etc.So these problems require that the government pays close attention and adopts some positive measures and effective ways in order to push forward campus development of local university quickly and develop the main function of the higher education well.
