摘要
介绍了某厂给水泵润滑油系统的设计特点以及在正常运行和启停过程中给水泵润滑油系统进水较多的问题。对给水泵轴端密封工作原理及运行情况分析表明,启停过程中轴端密封水投入、退出不及时,回水多级U型水封设计不合理,冷油器铜管腐蚀等是造成润滑油系统进水的主要原因。通过设备改造、加强化学监督以及运行调整等措施,消除了给水泵润滑油中进水的问题。
This paper introduced the design characteristics of lubricating oil system of feed-water pump in a power plant, the problem of excessive water into lubricating oil system of a feed-water pump in normal operation state and in start-up and halt process. Analysis to the operation principle and operation situation for the axle end seal of feed-water pump indicated that the main causes of water into lubricating oil system due to the axle end seal water being input and quit untimely in start-up and halt process of feed-water pump, the design of multistage U type water seal for returned water being improper, the copper tubes of oil-cooler being corroded. After having rebuilt the equipment, strengthened chemical supervision and operation regulating, the problem of excessive water into lubricating oil has been eliminated.
