煤矿安全预警管理系统研究

Study on early warning management system of coal mine safety

伴随着煤炭开采量的不断增加,安全问题变得越来越突出,重大、特大事故时有发生,再加上煤矿企业生产所具有的特殊作业环境,致使生产过程中潜在着危险性和不安全因素。基于上述原因,针对煤矿企业安全生产的特点,以企业预警管理理论为指导,应用现代生产管理理论的最新成果,通过对近期煤矿安全事故的统计分析,提出一种能监测、诊断及预警的煤矿安全生产预警管理系统。

In view of the coal mine enterprise＇s characteristic in safe production, the paper taking the forewarning management theory as the instruction, using the newest achievement about modern production management theory, analyzing the short-term coal mine security accident, proposing a coal mine safety management system which will be able to monitor, diagnose and forewarn in production.
