摘要
肥胖患者因脂肪堆积而引起胰岛素抵抗(IR)和高胰岛素血症,使肌肉及其他组织对葡萄糖利用率和糖耐量降低,并进一步发展为糖尿病。近年来的研究表明,脂肪组织的分解产物游离脂肪酸(FFA)和脂肪细胞分泌的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、瘦素、抵抗素、脂联素以及在脂肪组织特异性表达的蛋白过氧化物酶体增殖活化受体(PPAR)等脂肪细胞因子与IR密切相关,研究FFA、TNF-α、瘦素、抵抗素、PPAR等细胞因子与IR的关系,成为探索因肥胖导致IR以及糖尿病发生的病理生理机制的重要途径。
Lipid accumulation may lead to insulin resistance of the liver as well as muscle and to the hyper-secretion of pancreas insulin, make glucose disposal rate in muscle and other tissues decrease and glucose tolerance impair, and induce diabetes in obesity. In recent years, many studies indicated that adipose tissue lipolyses products and secretes were closely associated with insulin resistance, therefore, it becomes important to study pathophysiology mechanisms of obesity in the induction of insulin resistance and diabetes from this aspect. The aim of this article is to review some recent advances in this field.
