摘要
肝细胞生长因子(HGF)是一种间质来源的多功能的细胞因子,对心血管系统有重要的保护作用。近年来HGF基因在心血管疾病方面的研究颇多,其基因转染在动物模型如心肌病、心肌梗死、心肌炎、外周血管病、肺动脉高压等疾病中有重要的治疗和预后作用,在临床治疗中也被证明是有效的,HGF基因的单核苷酸多态性分析在高血压的预测与诊断中亦有重要意义。
Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) is a kind of multifunctional cell factor, deriv- ing from mesenchyme, which has an important protective effect in cardiovascular system. There are many studies about HGF gene in cardiovascular diseaes, of which the gene transfection has the important therapeutic and prognostic effect in animal model including myocardiopathy, myocardial infarction, myocaritis, peripheral vascular diseases, pulmonary artery hypertension and so on,which has been testified to be effective in clinical therapy. Analysis of mononucle- otide polyrnorphism of HGF gene has an important significance in the prognostication and di- agnosis of hypertension.
