摘要
生物力学因素是导致椎间盘退变最重要的病理因子,异常的力学负荷通过破坏椎间盘营养通路、影响细胞代谢、加速细胞凋亡及改变基质金属蛋白酶的含量和活性等多种机制,影响椎间盘正常新陈代谢,导致退变发生。生物治疗为阻止或逆转椎间盘退变及使椎间盘组织再生提供了可能。
Biomechanics factors is the most important pathological factor resulting in intervertebral degeneration. Abnomnal mechanical burden can affect the normal metabolism of intervertebral disc and then result in degeneration through many mechenisms, which are to destroy nutritional channel of inter- vertebral disc, to affect cellular metabolism, to accelerate cell apoptosis, to change contents and activity ofmatrix metalloproteinase and so on. Biotherapy provides possibility to inhibit or reverse intervertebral disc degeneration and even regenerate intervertebral disc tissue.
