摘要 转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一种多功能细胞因子,调节细胞的增殖和分化,刺激多种细胞因子、炎性介质等活性物质的合成与分泌及细胞外基质的产生,在心脏疾病中起着重要的作用。Smad蛋白是TGF-β超家族的下游信号转导蛋白,介导TGF-β的胞内信号转导,现仅就TGF-β/smad信号通路及其与肾素-血管紧张素系统、酪蛋白激酶、TGF-β活化激酶1、基质金属蛋白酶等信号通路间的通话,综述TGF-β/Smad信号通路在心脏重构方面的机制及进展。 TGF-β is a kind of cytokine with multifunctian, which can not only regulate cell proliferation and differentiation,but also can stimulate the production of ECM as well as synthesis and secretion of active medi- ators, such as various cytokines, inflammatory mediators and so on. It plays an important role in a variety of car- diac diseases. Smad proteins are the downstream proteins of TGF-β superfamily, which can mediate intra-cellular signal transductian of TGF-β. This article reviews mechanism of TGF-β/Smad signal transduction pathway in heart remodeling and its progresses based on the introduction of this pathway and its cross talk with the other sienal rmthwavs includin RAS. CK2, TAK1 MMPs and so on.
