摘要 Ghrelin是生长激素促泌剂受体的内源性配体,是目前为止除生长激素释放激素和生长抑素外人们发现的第3个调节腺垂体生长激素分泌的内源性物质,并且是惟一可以在外周刺激食欲的激素。Ghrelin与其受体结合后可产生广泛的生物学效应,可促进生长激素释放、增强食欲、减少脂肪利用、增加体质、维持能量正平衡;另外,还可以促进胃肠蠕动,增加胃酸分泌,甚至可能与肿瘤的发生有关,从而倍受研究者关注,现综述如下。 Ghrelin is the endogenous ligand of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor( GHSR), which is not only the third discovered endogenous hormone regulating the growth hormone secretion in the pituitary except growth hormone releasing hormone and growth hormone release inhibiting hormone, but al- so the only hormone stimulating appetition in peripheral. Ghrelin can produce wide biological effects by binding its receptor, which are to promote the releasing of growth hormone, intensing appetition, reduce fat utilization, increase physical fitness and maintain energy balance; besides that, it also can promote gastroi- ntestinal motility, increase gastric acid secretion and even maybe related to the genensis of tumor. So it is attractinz more attention from scholars. This article iust reviews these mentioned above.
