摘要 自从牛睾丸中提取出一种水溶性物,并发现可以抑制肥大的垂体去势细胞而命名为抑制素以来,关于抑制素的研究已有70余年的历史。抑制素的发现,证实了除甾体激素外,在性腺还存在非甾体激素对垂体促性腺激素分泌进行反馈调节,因其参与女性卵泡发育调控,在妇科生殖内分泌中对卵巢功能评估、卵泡监测、早孕结局的预测、未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟培养、卵巢的早衰等方面都有重要意义。 Inhibin is a kind of material with water-solubility from bull testicular, of which the name arises from its effect in inhibiting castration cells in pituitary, fts research has been 70 years. The finding of inhibin showed that there is nonsteroid hormone existed in genifical gland besides steroid hormone, which not only had feedback regulation on gonadotropic hormone of pituitary,and took part m developmental regulation of ovarian follicle, but also played great significance in many aspects of fenmle reproductive endocrinology in- cluding functional evaluation of ovary, monitoring of ovarian follicle, prognostic porediction of early pregnan- cy,culture of pre-mature egg mother cell to its mature cell in vitro,ovarian presenility and so on.
