摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是大多数国家疾病死亡的主要原因之一。随着亚秒级多层螺旋CT和心电门控技术的问世,多排螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像已成现实,并应用于冠状动脉疾病的临床诊断,因其更高的时间分辨力、完全各向同性和更先进的软件功能,在冠心病的诊断、治疗和预后评价方面已取得了积极进展,为冠心病提供了新的检查方法,并显示出良好的发展前景。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease （also called my artery disease ） is one of the main causes leading to death in most countries. With the development of sub-second MSCT and ECG gating techniques, coronary angiography by MSCF has become the reality, and has been used to diagnose eoronary artery diseases in clinic. It not only had achieved better development in the diagnosis, therapy and prognostic evaluation of coronary artery disease because of its higher tem- poral resolution, completely isotopism and more advanced software function, but also provided new checking method for coronary artery disease and showod great prospect.
