摘要
本文分析、讨论了影响子象素对准的５种基本因素：成象系统的传递函数、采样频率、量化误差、内插函数形式、方法本身的固有误差．
In this paper, five basic factors influencing on subpixel registration are analyzed and discussed, i.e., transfer function of imaging system, sampling frequency, digitization error, the form of interpolation function and inherent error of the method itself. Some measures taken to reduce the errors are proposed on the basis of discussions and analyses.
