香菇多糖腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床观察

目的观察胸膜腔内灌注香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应。方法采用中心静脉导管建立闭式引流,胸水基本干净后,肺复张基础上注入香菇多糖。结果完全缓解(CR)13例、部分缓解(PR)19例、无效(NC)6例、进展(PD)2例。总有效率80%。但少数病例有轻微发热、胸痛、恶心。结论香菇多糖是一种有效的免疫调节药物,治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,毒副反应小,易为患者接受,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect and the side effects of lentinan （LNT） when injection in pleural cavity to treat malignant plural effusion. Methods Closed thoracic drainage is conducted with central venous catheterization set when drainage is nearly completed and pulmonary reexpansion is aohievedf-lentinan（LNT） is used.Result Among all,13 cases achieved complete remission（CR）,19 cases got partial remisson（PR）,6 got no change（NC） and 2 got progressive disease（PD）.The total effective rate （CR＋PR）is 80%,The mainly side effct are fever, thoracalgia and nausea.Conclusion Lentinan is an effective anti-tumor drug. It is a better regimen for malignant pleural effusions; The toxic and effect is mild. It is an easily accepted therapy for the patients.
