超声对高血压患者颈动脉改变及左心室肥厚的应用研究

目的探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者颈动脉超声的改变与左心室肥厚的关系。方法对55例原发性高血压患者和40例正常对照组行颈动脉及左心室超声检查分析。结果EH组内-中膜(IMT)、颈动脉内径和颈动脉斑块高于对照组;EH组颈总动脉顺应性(CC)和扩张性(CD)较对照组减低。颈动脉所有变化在左心室肥厚组更显著。结论EH颈动脉结构变化与左心室肥厚存在相关性,颈动脉变化早于左心室肥厚的发生。

Objective To evaluate the Correlation between carotid artery remodeling and left ventricular hypertrophy in Essential hypertension patients. Methods Echocardiography the carotid artery and left ventricular of the 55 cases Essential hypertension patients and 40 cases normal persons in were analyzed. Results The carotid intima-media thickenss（IMT）, number of plaques and carotid diameter（D） were higher than that in control groups;the carotid compliance （CC） and dilatancy（CD） were degraded than control group.The carotid changes were more significant in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy. Conclusions The carotid change was Correlated with left ventricular hypertrophy in EH patients.carotid change was earlier than left ventricular hypertrophy in EH patients.
