摘要
通过从读者、作者、科技期刊3个方面阐述不同语种科技期刊稿件互荐刊登的现实意义与深远影响。强调实施它的必要性和实际价值,并探讨其可行方法和具体措施。
The real-life significance and far-reaching influence of manuscript recommendation and mutual publishing in scientific journals of different languages are expatiated from the aspects of readers, authors and journals themselves. The necessity and value of recommendation and mutual publishing are stressed and a useful method is proposed.
