摘要
应该结合科技期刊的办刊实际,从战略的高度,用前瞻性的眼光,谋划我国高校科技期刊的发展战略。重新寻求高校科技期刊定位,重新构建高校科技期刊管理体制,重新考虑对高校科技期刊分类,重新制订各类高校科技期刊的评价标准,是我国高校科技期刊发展战略思考的着眼点。
In striving for the development strategies of university science journals, we should consider both the current condition and the future development. The key points of the strategy planning include repositioning the university journals, establishing a new management system, reclassifying the university journals, and ~ntroducing new evaluation standards for various university journals.
