摘要
合资企业是特殊形式的经济组织，由于其经营目标与国家不同，因而在经营过程中存在着重视快速回收投资，忽视企业资产增值的倾向．本文从加强宏观调控出发，分析了国家与合资企业的行为特征。
Guiding the joint venture (JV) to expand investment in itself is an important problem in economic management. Based on the incentive tactics, this paper first analyses the performance of the JV and that of the nation in partnership, and then builds up a mode which can coordinate and control the investment performance of the JV.
