摘要
介绍了汉字识别方法，改进了Ｒｏｓｅｎ细化算法。
The paper introduces the method of chinese character recognition, and deals with Rosen thinning algorithm, and suggests some improving methods, then eliminates such phenomenon as stroke broken.
