摘要
技术溢出既能让企业节约研发成本,又降低新产品的市场价格。假定技术溢出速度随着溢出量的增长而递减,从而构建技术溢出模型,可以研究技术溢出对企业研发动力的影响。模型的分析表明应该对集群技术交流环境进行有效管理与控制,让企业具有足够的研发动力。如果集群内的企业之间产品差异性大或者在集群产量占市场份额小的情况下,适当的技术交流环境可以使企业的研发利润最大化,并推动企业走自主创新的道路。
Technology spillover is a double-edge sword,It retrenches the R & D cost of firms,and decreases the marketing prices of new products.In this article,the speed of technology spillover is supposed to decline as the quantity of technology spillover mounts up. Accordingly,a technology spillover model is set up to study the influence of technology spillover on motive power of R & D of firms. The model indicates that it is imperative to regulate efficiently the circumstances of technology intercourses in industrial clusters,so as to ensure the firms enough motive power of R & D.If the products from various firm in the industrial clusters are markedly different, or the output of the whole industrial cluster accounts for u small percentage of the market,then proper circumstances of technology intercourse can maximize,the profit from R & D,and promote the firms' homegrown innovation.
