阿司匹林抵抗的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 阿司匹林在防治心脑血管疾病的抗血小板治疗中处于基石地位,阿司匹林抵抗的出现限制了其临床疗效。本文主要对阿司匹林抵抗的概念、分型、检测方法、可能的发生机制及防治方法等进行综述。以准确定义阿司匹林抵抗、开发可靠的检测方法并确定相关缺血性血管事件的发生风险,从而揭示阿司匹林抵抗的机制并对治疗进行评估。
