摘要
对锅炉汽包用SA299、BHW35钢的强度、硬度进行了研究,给出了在不同温度下硬度与强度的对应关系曲线和按硬度计算高温强度的方法;同时,研究了这两种钢的应变硬化指数随温度变化的规律,用高温硬度法研究了SA299、BHW35钢的挤压应变能随温度变化的规律。
In this special subject, strength and hardness of SA299 and BHW35 steels used in boiler steam drums have been investigated, curves of the hardness relating to strength in diffrent temperature and a method caculating high temperature strength from caculating hardness ware given; simultaneously, change law of their defornation stifening exponent with temperature has been investigated, and regular of extruding defornation energy of these two steels have been gained with high temperature hardness testing method.
