摘要
目的:总结102例临床资料并结合文献,探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)治疗冠心病的早、中期疗效和临床经验。方法:回顾分析102例冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病的临床资料。结果:98例患者均痊愈出院,术后1年、3年出现心绞痛各1例,其余患者心绞痛完全消失,心功能状况良好;4例因围手术心肌梗死、心功能不全、心室纤颤,多器官功能障碍死亡。结论:CABG是治疗冠心病安全有效的方法之一,若条件具备可有选择地开展心脏不停跳下冠状动脉旁路移植术。
