Analyzing lab centralized management pattern and realizing resource sharing in medical colleges

以上海中医药大学实验室集中管理模式为实例，通过对医学高校实验室集中管理模式的探讨，分析其运行过程中的现状与问题。提出高校实验室管理模式的变化，及其对资源共享、学科建设、管理体制等带来的问题、解决措施。

Using Shanghai University of TCM as a sample, the lab centralized management pattern in medical colleges was discussed, actualities and problems in the process of lab centralized management were also analyzed. Changes in college lab management pattern and the problems and resolving methods associated with resource sharing, subject construction and management system were provided.
