摘要
文章提出了基于CAN总线技术的锅炉汽包水位监控系统的设计方案,介绍了系统整体结构,同时阐述了CAN节点控制器的硬、软件设计。运行结果表明,该系统结构简单、运行可靠、易于调整,可以改善锅炉的监控品质,提高锅炉的热效率,节省能源,减少污染。
The paper put forward a design scheme of monitoring and control system of water level of boiler steam drum based on CAN bus, and gave the overall structure of the system, at the same time, it expounded the design of hardware and software of CAN node controller. The running result showed that the system has performances of simple structure, reliable running and easy adjustment, which can improve the monitoring quality of boiler, increase the thermal efficiency of bioler and save energy sources and decrease pollution.
