摘要
师资队伍是制约高职教育可持续发展的重要因素。具有高资历的师资队伍、运用竞争激励机制来管理师资队伍、采取灵活多样的形式来培训师资队伍是一些发达国家高职教育成功的经验。这些经验启迪我们,要努力提高师资学历水平,加强师资队伍的培训与管理,建设一支专兼结合的"双师型"师资队伍。
An important factor for the sustainable development of high vocational education is construction of the teacher faculty. Some developed countries have successful experiments to construct the teacher faculty of high vocational education. These experiments include building up high-quality teacher faculty, using competing-andinspiring policies, and multiform teacher-training. These enlighten us that we must improve the degree of the faculty, intensify the training and management, and build a double-teacher faculty consisting of professional and part-time.
