摘要
高等学校课程编制是教育改革的突破口。该文认为课程编制要处理好革新和稳定的相对关系,既要有相对的稳定性,又要不断更新变革;课程编制要处理好能力和知识的关系;课程编制要处理好教师责任制的关系,明确教师工作量的"量"和"质"的要求,要实行教师兼班主任制,使思想教育和教学工作相结合。
Course establishment is the break through in education reform. Reform and knowledge, should be kept balance in course establishment. The responsibility system arranged and teachers should be responsible in both courses and mental guide.
