基于合作博弈的银行业协会治理机制研究

A Study on the Governance Mechanism of Banking Industry Association Based on the Cooperation Game

行业协会是一种规范、协调成员行为的自律性组织,能否最大程度地获取协会成员行为的真实信息,是行业协会这种制度安排的基本任务。本文在分析银行业协会治理机制的基础上,运用合作博弈理论分析银行业协会内部治理机制,指出只有充分合作,协会与会员双方才能获得充分、真实的信息,促进各自发展。

Banking Industry Association is a kind of self - displined organization to coordinate and ensure the conduct of its members. Therefore, the basic task of the banking industry associations is to obtain useful and true information of its members at the great extent. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the governance mecbanism of the banking industry associations, the internal governance mechanism of the banking industry associations is set up by using cooperative game method. And it points out the both sides can obtain abundant, true information, and gain better advance through cooperation. Meanwhile, it puts forward that the banking industry associations is a better arrangement where it can better coordinate the conduct of its members, and decrease further management costs.
