多元视角下的西南境外赌博问题研究——境外赌博屡禁不止的原因和对策分析

近年来,我国公民境外赌博现象一直是我国政府的一大难题,尽管经历数次针对性的严厉打击,但我国公民跨境赌博现象仍然屡禁不止。从境外赌博难以杜绝的原因来看,内因是主要原因,外部原因次之,因此,应该实行内外兼修,以内部控制为主、外部打击为辅的方针,打击境外赌博,达到根绝的效果。

Recent years, the Chinese government has encountered a problem - Chinese citizens go aboard to gamble, After several tinges tough suppression, such phenomena still exist. Tracing for the reasons, the interior reasons come superior to the exterior ones. So, to eliminate the oversea gambling, we should notice reasons of the two sides, emphasizing the interior control while suppressing the exterior gambling crime.
