摘要
近几年,人力资源管理外包在国内慢慢兴起,本文在归纳了人力资源管理外包风险的种类的基础上,应用博弈论分析了人力资源管理外包过程中企业与外包机构之间的博弈对策,不论是一次博弈还是多次博弈,发现只要具备完善的外部市场,提高企业和外包机构之间的信息透明度,由此能规避人力资源管理外包中所产生的风险。
The human resource (HR) out - sourcing has developed gradually over past few years. The paper sums up the kinds of the risk of HR out - sourcing, analyzes the relations between enterprises and out - sourcing organizations in this process by using game tactics and finds that the risks of HR out - sourcing can be avoided as long as they establish perfect HR market and improve the information transparency between enterprises and out- sourcing organizations whether in one time game or many times.
