国外高职教师继续教育的比较研究及启示

Continuing Education of Vocational College Teachers Abroad

随着高等职业教育的蓬勃发展和改革的不断深入，高职教师正面临着严峻的挑战，提高高职教师的整体素质成为一个关键问题，关系到高等职业教育发展的全局。而继续教育是提高高职教师整体素质，促进高职教师专业成长的重要途径。通过对德、美、英、澳四国高职教师的继续教育实施的比较研究，总结发达国家的经验，他山之石，可以攻玉，从中获得有益的借鉴。

With China＇ s vocational education developing rapidly and its reform being deepened, teachers of higher vocational education are confronted with severe challenges. Improving teachers＇ quality is thus becoming an critical issue in further development of the higher vocational education. Continuing education is an important way to improve teachers＇ quality and to promote the development of teachers＇ specialty. By analyzing and comparing cases of higher vocational teachers＇ continuing education abroad such as in Germany, United States, Great Britain and Australia. Comparing teachers＇ continuing education of higher vocational education, the paper gives a summary of the favorable experiences which can be made use of in China＇ s vocational education.
